It seems, I'm not able to download the file. It reaches 99% and then fails. I've tried multiple downloads.

Please try again, I just tried the main link which is Mediafire and I also tried a couple of the mirror links, and all are working fine. I wouldn't think it was time out problem since the file is only 10 MB so please try the links again.
