Here is an alternative online editor to WP-Graphix and Photoshop for wordpress. I tried WP-Graphix and it did not work for me so I found this alternative. Uses the same online editor as WP-Graphix, but this one worked for me...
It installs like any other wordpress plugin...

I tried WP-Graphix and wasn't able to get it to work. This plugin worked for me and it uses the same online web editor as WP-Graphix which is "pixlr".
