Make a search in Google on specific "TLC68_Fullversion_Win.zip" , "People_Pak_Installer.zip", "BCC4_Addon.zip", "Character_Creator_Addon.zip",it will give you XML files in Google search results , then check link by link inside the XML file that will be opened by the web browser (i'm using Firefox) it will take time from you by try as we need to check manually inside every XML file for such kwywords, but it's worth it , i actually succeeded to download those files by using this trick

BCC4_Addon.zip there is only 4 search results on Google which are all expired links :( maybe someone can upload here, thanks
