Had a look at the links and products behind them. As with most things related to IM, some of them will date back to the stone age and some will be relatively new.
I did see some products in the lists that are relevant, some evergreen and some not worth taking up your hard drive because the internet has changed a lot since they were initial included.
Overall, I would estimate that around 50%+ are still very good products, but do use your own judgement if you decide to proceed and download.
Definitely worth having a look and remember to rep the OP.
