niche= my site niche main keyword

1-niche.net(available)

2-niche.co(available)

3-Getniche.com(available)

4-I have old domain from 2008 with pr 3 it is general name not related to any niche

so, for SEO expert what is the best choice from these domain names?

Getniche.com.it is best as seo point of view

and about for a lead generation company,do you guys have any idea for a good domain name.
