I am building a auto- run job board website in WordPress

I want to know following info:

How to pull and post jobs from other website automatically such as indeed, naukri, monster, fresherjobs?

Suggest me the themes,tools or plugins to use.

Short brief: if the job is posted in xxxxxx website it should appear in my website too

I don't have money now but sure will pay back useful things with this community
