it's nulled but i haven;t test my self
at the moment i'm working on with ILance and EZ Ebay clone thats why didnt get the change to test that but soon i will test responsive auction theme and other wordpress auction themes as well.

I am sorry but it is not nulled, it asks for license key. Maybe you know whic files need to be edited to override this and enable theme?
