I just reinstalled it over the original and it worked fine.
When i launch ESP 2.0.1, it gives me the option to upgrade... should I press that?
Or just go to the .exe file and reinstall the whole thing..

Usually corrupt files means a corrupted download.
Not just this but any downloads.
Redownload and try again.
