Here's my share: If you're interested in understand how and why hipnosis (and psychotherapy) work (or doesn't) and to learn about psychotherapeutic and comunication dynamics , this may interest you.
"Strategies of psychotherapy" by Jay Haley (who studied Milton Erickson's work)
Don't expect a book about inductions, suggestions, posthypnotic suggestion, etc. Is not a practical book in that sense.
Expect more to learn what happens BETWEEN hypnotizer and hypnotized (and between therapist and patient), what's a symptom, etc.
