Thanks to the OP of that thread, but I thought I would start a new thread for the complete system as that title indicated 'guide only'. Normally I abhor duplicate threads but, in this instance, I think it warrants it; the original thread is already on Page 2 and members might miss the complete system that I have for your delectation here:

The complete system with bonuses (which are necessary to complete the method) took some finding but Post #8 by Sasquatch gave me a clue as to where to look (no, it's not on that stupid WP site he lists but where the link actually takes you) and, after a lot of trial and error I hit paydirt! Thanks Sasquatch

I'm glad I did because this is a good system if you follow the pdfs right through and take action. There's plenty of meat here, guys! Enjoy.
