First - love the Gintama Avatar
Second - Rank Checkers are virtually useless and inherently inaccurate. Even if they work to some success, they can't keep up with algo changes. At best, they give you a reasonable estimation.
That said - ZoomRank is probably one of the better tools out their for tracking keyword positioning.
You can also use Excel to a good degree. Do some searches in Big G for Excel SEO Tutorials or Guides - you should be able to put your own together fairly quickly.

At the moment i have been trying the free version http://www.link-assistant.com/rank-tracker/
You just cant save anything, and i have over 2k #1s so i noticed i have to break it up into around 500 keywords and change my vpn ip or goog kills it for all the rapid searches.
I think i'm going to get this one look nice but its monthly but its unlimited https://ezeeranktracker.com/
I see rank tracker is always on top of the algo's us and foriegn when i use it.
