Looks like a way to get traffic from free Classified Sites and mail them the affiliate offers.

This is a well written WSO, explained nicely, good grammar, everything is good, except I don't believe that he ever made a dime with his method. I think he just re-wrote someone else's WSO, added images and sold it. JMHO of course.
