All in all, the course isn't awful - albeit, horrifically unorganized.

Some of these niches could be solid if you were to actually put the work in, not that this guide tells you how to do any of that work - but the materials are here to be found, and the guide is a good starting place to find the niche.

This is much better than I expected. He just scraped most of the data, but he made it convenient to take a quick look-see. Some are also market categories - not niches. I have gone through all but the last PDF and this is a beefy product for silly, throwaway money. It is only a place to start but just about anyone should be able to get some value out of this.

My grade: 4 / 5 stars

Not bad at all for several extensive PDFs of scraped data. It will save people time - especially newbies. For the money, there is lots of value in this. I have paid lots more and gotten lots less than this.
