does anyone knows how to set all these themes under one single domain like the way the vendor has them, with demos..
any help will be appreciate..

1) Create a subdirectory within your main domain, such as: subdomain-name.maindomain.com.
2) Create a new directory for each demo: subdomain-name.maindomain.com/demo1, subdomain-name.maindomain.com/demo2. subdomain-name.maindomain.com/demo3
3) Install the right theme into your new demo directory
4) Link to the index.php file in that directory, or to the directory itself, if your settings auto-default to the index file.
After looking through the various bundles, it appears that the most profitable of the themes are the ones that are included in the bundles that we don't have.
