Hey, if I have 10000 telephone numbers (sim cards) and want make facebook phone verified accounts - I dont must change my IP?

Example:

Can I make for example 300 phone verified accounts one after second and don't have ban from facebook and make it farther and farther?

It's better if you rotate your IP after each account you have created.
