I don't think there is any tool that helps you video viral. Viral is all about content. You need to create a viral content and share it to as many place as possible

The salespage says: "Targeted Viral Traffic is the key to your Online Business Success."

How exactly is that supposed to work? If any content goes viral, that means it will be shared everywhere and with everyone. There's NOTHING targeted about that. Most viral traffic is pretty much useless for most purposes.
