you need a VPS or OVH service to send bulk email
my software can send upto 1 millions per hour..let me know if you are interested in getting license.
oh sorry about my last post. I thought you have list in millions..to send 200k you can easily set up mailing server on any vps and send out emails..best and cheap way to send out emails.

Which field related means B2B or B2C data list you have.
