Because in FB you can not get much likes and much spendings if you show more than 500$ spendings.
Because FB Will not show your ads so much.
As most of CC companies limit with 250 to 500 USD daily spending limits on net and Minibanks.

That is why is just you will spend money to buy virtual CC and do nothing in the end.
