First, it's not called steal. It's called fair use. Steal is too different.
Second,

- You can try to use your phone to take a short video then upload to youtube to see you will face this problem or not? The answer is yes, you CAN.

But if you are my student, you can fix it. Please ask my students to know how we fix it.

I can understand what he telling about.
There is many channel with vine compliation video.
Any channel is banned,Any Channel is live.
So,Down,fix,upload is not 100% safe.
Just did not catch from copyright company or agency yet,from not youtube.
