Very short review:
10 pages - 5 sections
Section 1 is a list of membership site related keywords with 3 columns of Google info (competition, monthly searches and CPC).
Section 2 "100 Blog Posts About Membership Sites"
Section 3 "16 Forum Posts About Membership Sites"
Section 4 "50 YouTube Videos About Membership Sites" (includes title of video)
Section 5 "30 Paid Products/Courses About Membership Sites" (includes title of product)
Usefulness? If you were thinking about creating a product about membership sites this could provide a lot of resources to give you some direction. If you are in study mode and want to learn as much as possible about membership sites, probably a good resource.
But if you want to create your own membership site there is probably too much here to sort through. You'd probably be better off choosing a couple of good membership info products and taking action right away rather than wading through everything here.
