Gene P. is one of the top guys in the domain business. This is an excellent package - takes little time to create these websites and they are in demand. This package contains 3 offline niches: House Painter, Chiropractor and Landscaper. There are tons of painters and landscapers who don't have a website all over the country.

Even if they have a website, a secondary lead gen site is highly desirable (I built over 50 for an Atlanta plumber throughout the metro area.)

On a side note, without the "Magical Mobile Converter Wizard Script Thingymejig" all these themes are nasty on any sort of mobile device!

You get it with "each niche pack you buy extra" but without it, you will have to still to trying to sell to local business users that want a desktop version only... unless you upsell them to the "mobile site" and then go "buy" the extra niche you need for their type of business... so many show them what you can do with one of the three in this thread.. obviously the actual business in the demo you show them, really is not important, then say.. you can do something similar for their niche|marketplace, get the deal, go buy the actual correct package...

These also do not work / look very nice within a Facebook TAB / Business iFramed page.. so again, another reason|upgrade needed from Gene!
