Im really confused and dont know what to do. 
This one is kind of difficult because the person is probably a member of one or more blackhat forums
and knows all the tricks i.e. in other words you could end up caught in a loop as people give you advice.

I let you know guys with the decision of paypal.
If it will be favored to that SCAMMER then its ok.
But if paypal turned on me I will be so very happy.
My advice is to just "eat it" and then out the member who did it so that they
can be excluded from any other group buys in the future.
If this is someone charging back a GB payment that they made to you, fighting
it could prove to be a danger to your acct.
