I m not impressed with the hosting service.. Hosting a small blog but speed is not good and so far my blog was down for 2 times.

Can you please send us your account's email address so we can check where is the problem? We didn't had any downtime recently, so only reason that I can think why your sites was down is because your IP address was blocked by our firewall.

Regarding to speed, site speed depends on multiple factors. Our servers are located in US, so it's loading fastest for North America and Western Europe. What is your location from which you performed the tests? Are you willing to share your site's address so we can all check your site's speed?

UPDATE: My site was again down last night for 3 minutes on Saturday, January 10, 7:34 am.

I have just checked 2 monitoring systems that we are using (one internal, and one external), and we had 100% uptime.
I would advice to open a ticket on our site, so we can check where is the problem. Maybe your account is consuming a lot of resources so it's hitting limits, or there is an issue between your ISP and our servers, or maybe there is an issue with script that you are running...


If you are willing, please share one site that you have with us, so we can put it under public monitoring.
