Hey guys , i was looking for so long for this and finally managed to put my hands on a WORKING one!
I know that you can find it here on the VIP area , but since i'm not a VIP member i had to look for it somewhere else.
I decided to share it with you guys , the non VIP members.







Ok , after downloading and extracting the file you need to open file: "FD_LicensingManager"
Then , click the "Validate your license" button.
Confirm and finally click the "Start FD" button.
That's all!
