Here's a reup. It is the same files I shared when I started this thread.

Let me know if any of the plugins have been updated since, and I will download and share here. I bought these plugins a long time ago, but am not using them on any site, and am too lazy to go through CodeCanyon to check which ones have updated since. :-)
