angela's backlinks are good. you have to remember though that when you create a link, it's gonna be a pr n/a. the domain pr helps but what boosts your rankings for the most part is the page pr. you get good page pr from commenting on posts. the best way to find good pages with a good pr is to use software like scrapebox. also, the best promotion for your site and link juice is guest posting.
so ask yourself a question. do you want to do what everyone else is doing and have it help a little, or so a little more research and work, stand out from the crowd, and have it help a LOT? up to you.....

These back links get spammed to death, everyone post to them! Think about it, is it really a quality back link?
