Hi Hangman - the only thing I can find is in request section thread by caspoor, in there are 2 links, unfortunately OTO is same as other. Download is sample posts 24pages. Can't be the main book. Wondering if worth buying then trying work out how put up here.

Hi Hangman - found it, but have no idea how to upload for you. I am no techy and have never done anything like this before so if you or someone can lay out a Very Simple - Step by Step - way (for a complete dummy) I will gladly try to upload.

Are there many files in this product? If so, you can zip the files into a single zip file first and
Here is step by step to upload a single file:
1. go to http://www.zippyshare.com/
2. click mouse left button on 'Browse'
3. browse to the zip file you want to share, then select 'open' button in the dialog.
4. mouse click on 'start upload'
5. the file you selected is uploading...
6. when the file upload finished and wait a while you will get a link.
7. share the link here.
That's it.
