No. You must have done something wrong, somewhere.

The method for sending that I use is Mandrill through web API and a real cron job that is done by crondash every minute

Send max 5 emails at once and max within 1 hours
Split campaigns send campaigns simultaneously instead of one after the other "OFF"
Pause campaigns pause campaigns if an error occurs "ON"
Time between mails milliseconds "0"
Max. Execution Time seconds "0"

Do someone know if it was updated to version 2.0.19 and where the download link is?
