I'm having a hard time replicating the errors you are seeing, please see more in the reply I sent you!
You never sent a password after signup so there is no way to use the software. It asks for username and password without that you can't operate the software

Emails do get sent, unless you entered it wrong or it got sent to the spam folder.
If you have your username I can create account for you,
Otherwise you can re-register.
You should get 3 emails,
1. Email confirmation
2. Welcome email
3. Download email
can you target people by name? will Facebook approve your ads?

I've tried installing it on my Windows 8 OS laptop, same thing, does not save search results to a file. Does show results of a search, but no data captured or saved. Anyone else have this working?
