tagalog - When you are in Wordpress you get into your dashboard and on your right column you will see "Plugin" and you mouse over that you will see the option to "add new"

Once you've done that a new page will open. Up top you will see "Upload Plugin" - you then click on then browse the files of your computer where the zip is and click "Install Now."

Wordpress will do the rest for you.
