@xgreen, smithnowt, emerald, armoni: This thread is 3 years old and hasn't seen any activity (short of us coming on recently) since October 2014. I agree, it would be nice to have someone provide a re-up because I would love to have it.
After all this time, he may have a difficult time finding it; nonetheless, I will PM him to ask.
If he's able to help, please, don't forget to rep and thank him.
@kd1338: Did you read my post at #21 or any of the re-up requests posted by others?
1. Several of us have already requested a re-up and we are now waiting to see if the OP can honor it.
2. Just moments ago, I sent the OP a private message and we're waiting to see what comes of it. One or more of the others may have already PMed the OP and now it's just a matter of time.
Be patient; posting more re-up requests does little or nothing.

It appears as though some of the document numbering is "off" and the focus is on the interview itself (PDF transcripts; Q&A) but the PDF labeled "Intellectual Property Licensing" may be the meat-and-potatoes of the course. I haven't opened it yet.
Just thought I would try to answer your question.
If this isn't enough to satisfy you, there are lots of other free resources on the Rand Brenner website. You can sign up for Rand Brenner's free 5-part course on licensing basics here:
