Can anyone confirm from personal experience that this method actually works and increases SERP and if so, how long does it take.... ?
I am really struggling to get traffic and would like to try/use something that works....

Version 1.2.3 just released! Everyone using 1.2 or 1.2.2 should have received an update notification. Make sure you get it updated, with this release the STAT counter is now working properly and we've also added the "No Browsing" feature when adding a new keyword, which is ideal for YouTube video pages. Enjoy!

In our test cases we determined it definitely has an impact, but it ALONE is not sufficient to rank your sites. There are 150+ factors that contribute to SERP, Google gives all of them a different amount of weight. We believe organic CTR receives more authority than most have previously assumed. Would make sense wouldn't it? Even in the absolute worst case scenario, it didn't skyrocket your rankings... It still registers as organic search traffic on your analytics... and not by cloaking the URL, but by actually searching and finding your keywords. That + the SERP reports (coming in a few days) and some really cool other features we are adding soon, and it's definitely worth while.

Furthermore, we noticed that once we get a link in the top 1-3 positions of Google's organic search results, it's almost impossible to leave those positions. That was really the main indicator to us that organic CTR has an impact. Time will tell just how much impact it has :)

Your second question was, is this really the best product or service of it's kind... It's really the only product or service of it's kind. The only thing close in comparison is HitL3ap, and their traffic results in a high 85%-100% bounce rate, they don't stay on your site but a few seconds and then bounce... How is that good for anyone? So to answer your question... Yes, we believe it is.
