IS because Link for download not accepted by forum and thats the just way i make some cash to buy modules (Plugins).
You should put file on authorize sharing sites, so you can give link to it, not sure if what you're doing is permitted here.

Not my decision, ban comes from admin, if other consider to ban you they will report. You should put direct access, the other user proved that can be done.
