Ok folks. I also had the same problem.
So I did a bit of sniffin around
And I found the 'Battle Plan' pdf
Note it has at the start 'copyright 2008'
Didnt really have time to read it so you can go check it out for youself and see if the points made are still relevant today.
Anyway that might explain why all the links are dead?

This is an oldie from 2009. Probably golden but files no longer on his server.

Tried trawling through my oldie backups but haven't found it yet!

Probably better to focus on things more recent/ It may be somwehat evergreen, but in all honesty, there are likely to be more effective ways available these days.
