Is there any news on my Adsense account ?

Be aware about this scam, I buy from this guy a site for adsense and it's bigg waste of time and money. First the site not working well: 1 day is up and 3 is down... Now my site is down : http://business-bag.com/...
He use some cracked themes and plugins that crashed all the time. Second my site was banned by google http://www.adikit.com/Business.png
That's what google said about my site:
This site may not perform as well in Google results because it appears to be in violation of Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
Pure spam
Pages on this site appear to use aggressive spam techniques such as automatically generated gibberish, cloaking, scraping content from other websites, and/or repeated or egregious violations of Google’s Webmaster Guidelines.

I ask him for refund and he tell me he can't refund me... he do his job :)

just be careful before buy anything from this guy

You've made paypal dispute before 6 days,I've added your site on my webmaster account i did not get any error, Only Your #1 Person Who Get Error, Google Never Banned Our Sites

I ask for my money on I see what junk site you made for me... When I see the site crashed on a few days and you don't know what is all about. Your explanation was I am a newbie and I don't know how to submit a site to google webmaster tools and that's why google send me that message but like I said to you I'm submitted till now more than a 1000 sites on webmaster tools and I know to make a differences . Now I'll wait for your refund because the site DON"T working like you can see : http://business-bag.com
