Thanks ... if you code your links like this it works better -

[spo iler] [co de] websitename.com [co de] [spo iler]
or this is another way to do the same thing
[hi de] [co de] websitename.com [co de] [hi de]

Just remove the spaces because I had to put them in or it wouldn't display.
