As a way to kind of "pay for the download" i would encourage everyone to make a mirror especially for S3 hosted products even if you picked out just a few parts of the course and correctly labelled them it saves a lot otherwise top products will be harder to get onto the forum once product creators find a way to secure their course download pages.
