- Find a Quality PLR and rewrite it if you don't have a product.
- Find products about to be launched at WarriorPlus, Muncheye etc
- Contact those buyers and tell them you are offering your HQ $XX report as a bonus to their product and ask them to put it on their download page.
- People who buy that newly launced product will download your report for free
- You make a buyers list.

And you can see how it's done just by scrolling down his download page and see how products from other marketers are presented as a 'bonus'.

One thing you need to make sure of is that your report is well written and offers valuable information so that:

1. Your new subscribers see you as an authority 'expert'
2. The marketers you contact will know that the product is worth giving to their buyers (marketers don't want to be asking their buyers to be signing up to junk PLR

So download as much PLR on the subject as you can and read it and cut and paste all the good stuff to make into a valuable report.
