im not sure but usually lamp servers creates mysql database user as just "root" not user@localhost. may be this trick helps you.
At the root folder is don't have any .htaccess file. If i create that file into the root folder. The problem still happened

At is not any .htaccess file, extract the .htaccess file provided in my zip file and put it on the main folder of sc-cart.
Tq +1REP. My problem now solved. I don't know why when i unzipped the .rar file, the .htaccess is not in the result. so i miss that file on my server. tq
