How exactly does someone "miss some files" when they download directly, and upload directly from there? What is it that you think I've missed? Perhaps you've uploaded/installed incorrectly.

Make sure you uploaded the .htaccess file. If you don't see it, it's because you have hidden files turned off on your computer. Ensure that the .htaccess file is pointing at your install. By default, it points at index.php
