i installed it and it works fine.. however i couldnt add an opt-in box in of the pages!
I added the HTML code from my autoresponder but still nothing shows up.
can anyone help?

wrong, man! qiwifuck did it as a private custom assignment. works fine, all functions and features present, everything just perfect. but that one was paid job, hence no sharing :(
