The archive is only 4 mb. These are the actual "members area" html files ripped from Blackbook. Opening each html section will reveal links to Dropbox downloads.

Its only 4MB of file and there are lots of products in Blackbook.

hold your horses dear, that was my first impression too. As the title suggests, its the members area ripped. Open the files, the html files inside the archive and you'll notice the links to dropbox downloads. I think the same rip is in the VIP area, if someone can confirm?
