I just watched the whole thing, it is just a basic course on putting a PLR product on JVZoo. He cuts some corners by outsorcing the new Sale Page design, making banners for your affiliates and similar small things. The name 60 minute Reseller is kind of misleading, because he doesn't include all of this for his time countdown, including setting up the autoresponder, which he just tells you to do.
Also, the affiliates page is made with his WP affiliate builder pro plugin, which is 57$ itself. For getting traffic he offers some older products to the buyer, for example

I think it's a nice start for a total newbie and should cost around 10$, but the whole information ist available in several other free and paid products.
