This is about using scare tactics to sell a backup plugin to wp website owners. The plugin he is using is WPMUDEV's Snapshot - a wp backup plugin that you can buy for $19 (one-time-payment) and sell it to your customers for $497. Reilly labs is selling this for $97 and includes plugin, sales letter and marketing material.

Wow seriously...it has nothing to do with consulting? I gave their real estate crap a chance and it was horrid. No one in their right mind would pay for the crap leads his fsbo finder software gets. If his consulting course really isn't about consulting, I guess it proves that he is a shady seller who uses false advertising. Makes you wonder then if his whole dude in a trailer story is even actually real. That is a huge stretch from saying $10k a month to only getting $497 for a stupid plugin.
