ur info is stored on db mostly. to be safe make a backup of ur wplms folder in /themes/. then delete, and place the new folder in its place, dont change name of folder. (Do not open worpress during this time, and do not uninstall inside wordpress), simply replace the folder. copy/pasteover is risky, might be conflicts.

Is this one NULLED and callbacks removed?

Also, be careful with this one guys... test it before putting it on your money site. All files have the exact same date/time of creation, which is a little suspect.
