Not so great I've tried it, others can use your designs that you create/upload and you get paid 5.5% works out to being about $1. Your competition run with your ideas :(

Not true about the commissions. Forgot the exact number but you get about 5% for being the artist. Then you get 30 or 35% more for being the affiliate. If you are the artist you use your affiliate link so you get both the artist and affiliate commission on the shirt. If you are selling someone elses shirt you just get the affiliate commission.

I've made a few hundred bucks with Sunfrog. The biggest problem with Sunfrog is it's a pain to upload your own shirt and much simpler with Teespring However I heard sunfrog is working on making their interface much more user friendly. If they do this it will be much more attractive to to use than Teespring.

Hi Watermania, Yes Its Is True!!! I've uploaded a few designs and got paid one dollar and five cents for $19 shirts as the "Artist" commission. I will be more than happy to post a screen shot of my Sunfrog account as proof if someone can tell me how I can post it here?

I believe you because I did not get the affiliate commission for the first few Sunfrog shirts because I did not place in the affiliate code. It isn't that clear and contacted customer service to why I wasn't getting the affiliate commissions and they guided me in the right direction.

You need to place your affiliate code to the end of the url. The affiliate code is always a question mark follow by a series of numbers. You see the affiliate link code your account which starts with a ? (question mark) followed by a series of numbers.

Every account has a different affiliate code. For example say your affiliate code is ?4822

Also say you are the artist for this shirt:


if you just use the url and send traffic to it you will just get the $1 commission.

However if you add your affiliate code to the end of the url, remember for this example it is ?4822 like this:



Here you will get the artist commission PLUS the affiliate commission
