There's a space between "http:" and "//" in the url for the templates Batmans. Delete the space and paste the link into your browser it still works fine.

Go to Profit Builder ---------> Template Management ----------> Import/Export

From there u can load up the template that JohnnyShadow shared and your are done

you can also download and install all templates in > Template Management .

I will be keeping a eye on this tread for sure

Update your version of PHP to 5.3. I did this and it worked.
