Web Builder is a WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) program used to create web pages. WYSIWYG means that the finished page will display exactly the way it was designed. I tried this wysiwig editor, and it kept crashing. So, I tried to uninstall, and it won't uninstall. It keeps saying it is open in another program so cannot be deleted
Do you have any advice on how to uninstall and delete this from my computer?

Thank you for the suggestion of how to remove the program.
However, this program does not appear in the list of programs that can be uninstalled in the Control Panel.
:(
If you have any other suggestions, I'd appreciate your help.
