Actually I know several older males who with diet and exercise no longer take any meds, shots or pills for their diebetes. It's gone. They lost weight and workout.
I just crossed over so we shall see if I can get back on the other side with diet and exercise. My doctor approved of this vs me going on meds.
I'd very much appreciate if someone would reupload The Diabetes Protocol (the original) please?
The condition refered to as Type 2 diabetes is reversable if the symptons are detected early enough and a strict dietary and excercise regime is adhered to.
Unfortunately the early symptons are ignored and not considered worthy of a visit to a doctor (fatigue and mild mood swings to name a couple) and eventually the disease reaches a point wher damage to vital organs is sustained.
I have lost a toe on my remaining leg and lost my left leg through the fastest growing disease in in the modern world. My eyesight is failing through the disease and I have lost at least ten years off my remaining life.
Take heed guys, if you suspect or have Type 2 diabetes then don't ignore it. It will creep up on you and before you know it, you will, be in serious trouble.
Change your diet now. Chuck out all the processed food that your eating as it is a major contributor to the disease. Why? BECAUSE ITS FULL OF SUGAR.
On that note, I'll leave the ball in your court. Take care.
I just got the bad news myself. Can someone please re-upload this. I think my fingers are going black with rot or not healing properly.
Here's a reupload. Hope it helps.

Hey Thanks so much for your time. I really appreciate it and I added to your reps.
This is for all suffering diabetics:
I too have T2DM since 2007.
The doctors wanted me to go on insulin injectables asap.
But I resisted fortunately.
Today I am just on Metformin 1 g BID and doing fine.
What worked for me was to go on LCHF + ACV + Coconut Oil regimen.
Just google them and try for yourself.
The main thing is to cut carbs as much as you can, the more the better for you.
