Very useful book, this is a book i studied and is a guide for my business.
Before i was competing head on dropping prices and overserving my customers , this
resulted in lesser profit and sometimes losses.
With the book i am now more focused on innovating my products and searching markets that
are not so saturated, one that i can atleast profitably compete in.
@christophergrapes It helped me too in focusing my business. I think it is an eye opener... It brings insight into business. That´s when I learned to never compete in price... It also has to do a lot with your business USP. That uniqueness in the selling proposition should make you to be able to get a blue ocean. Cheers to your blue oceans in business!
